Thank you for visiting and shopping at Edible Sugar Art.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic US Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time:

All fondant orders are custom-made and need time to dry prior to shipment. All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Edible Images ship within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping is free for all orders and will be sent through USPS with tracking provided. Tracking information will be sent to the customer email address on file. 

 

Shipping time can vary between 2-5 days. 

Returns:

Custom-made items generally are non-refundable. Items will be determined on a case-by-case basis for the item.

If you receive an item you are not satisfied with please let us know immediately. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. 

If your item needs to be returned, it must be clean and unused and postmarked no later than 3 days after confirmed delivery of the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Edible Sugar Art LLC again, just sign up as you did the first time and Edible Sugar Art LLC will start sending messages to you again.
