Domestic U.S. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

• Edible Images: These are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.

Orders are processed on business days only. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If there's a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email or phone if any delays arise.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:

We ship to U.S. addresses, including U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping:

At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

Damages:

Edible Sugar Art is not liable for any damages or loss during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Ensure you retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods for the claims process.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for all orders within the U.S.
• Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information sent to your email once the order is shipped.
• Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days.

Return Policy

Custom-made items, such as edible images and fondant decorations, are generally non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately as our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

Returns:

• Items eligible for return must be in their original, unused condition.
• Return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order, and the return must be postmarked within this time frame.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
